Juice the following:
6 Apples (cored)
1 Lemon (include a small piece of the peel and most of the pith)
1 Cucumber
½ Carrot
1 Bunch of Parsley
3 Stalks of Celery
10 small pieces of beetroot

Juice the following:
4 Green Apples (cored)
2-3 Cucumbers
1 Entire bunch of celery
